Then you can participate in this project to help a local school music/arts program of your choice
-Contact Laura Lake to assist you with your home purchase or sale.
-At close of escrow, 30% of the gross commission will be donated to the local school music/arts program of your choice
-If you are buying a home: There are no fees to participate, the donation is paid from the commissions received.
-If you are selling a home: There are no additional fees added and are provided a discounted commission rate as well.

If you, a friend, family member or someone you meet is looking to buy or sell a home, then your school’s program will receive 30% donation at close of escrow.
-Just tell them about the program and give them a card (see your boosters for cards). Make sure to write your child’s name on the card.
-When we close escrow, 30% of the commission will be donated to your child’s music/arts program

Your program can participate to receive donations, its easy and free!
-If you are not already a participant, contact us to schedule a 10 minute presentation at your next booster board meeting. Once the program has been accepted and adopted by your board, we can start right away.
-We can attend a concert or event of yours to announce and explain the project to your parents.
-We provide all the marketing materials free of charge
